Fix it or List it (no, not the show…)

At GLG Homes, LLC., we find ourselves being asked the question “before I sell my house, should I fix things?”

There’s really no right or wrong answer. Sometimes, it comes down to simple questions and basic economics. Are the repairs major or just cosmetic?
